I'm talking to Davey Rogers about his journey and the way of life he's carving out on the beautiful Sapphire Coast.
Davey hails from the Sapphire Coast in the south-eastern corner of NSW. His work reflects his deep connection to the place he grew up in and focuses on the pristine natural beauty of the surrounding area. Davey moved to Sydney earlier in he career in advertising, but has returned to the Sapphire Coast to pick up a full time career in photography.
He talks about how his location, the weather and seasons shape his photography, discuss his commercial work as well as his passion for seascapes and a bit about some plans he has to help reinvigorate his local community after the relentless impacts of bushfires and the pandemic.

This time I’ll be talking to Josh Burkinshaw about his landscape photography journey.
Josh is a lifestyle and tourism photographer and videographer living on the stunning South Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Creating captivating imagery for businesses around the globe.
Since starting his journey in this creative career of photography and videography he has also specialised in capturing the awe-inspiring area he lives in and the intriguing places he’s travelled to. Josh loves experiencing new cultures and discovering the places that others call home.
We discuss Josh’s career origins and how the area in which he lives inspires his work. He describes his experiences during the devastating bushfires of the summer of 2019/20 and the initial recovery of the area until that got stalled by covid. We also discuss an idea for a recovery activity that will have to wait until the end of lockdown, which I’m sure many Australian photographers would love to be a part of.

This week I'm joined by Amber Minto.A Family Portrait & Landscape photographer based in Sydney. Amber’s journey began when she was in high school. After buying a camera she chose to study Photography during her HSC. It was during this time Amber realised she wanted to make a career out of Photography.
Since completing her Diploma of Photo Imaging in 2018 Amber has spent time exploring New South Wales and New Zealand capturing the beautiful scenery Earth has to offer.
Her portfolio is full of beautiful sunrises and sunsets, along the stunning South Coast of NSW. Amber loves a good road trip and spending time exploring new places. We discuss the value of formal photography education and how that has shaped her vision and worth ethic

Tyson Wladton is a self taught landscape photographer from country Victoria, living in Melbourne now.
He specialises in capturing unique perspectives and landscapes of nature in Victoria and beyond. Sparked by a love of the great outdoors, photography allows Tyson to seek adventure and exhibit what the world has to offer. Working as a full time as a tradesman, shooting when he’s not at work, Tyson loves to explore Victoria to find those unshot compositions.
We discuss Tyson’s motivations and how he got started in photography as well as what drives him to produce the style of work he does.
